At Malveris, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following terms.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for size or product defects, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit may be offered instead.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to the provided address.
- After inspection, your return or exchange will be processed.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
