Standard Exchange & Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to request an exchange or return, our standard policy window allows requests within 7 to 14 days from the date of successful delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must meet the following general conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned inside its original packaging, complete with all tags, labels, and protective wrapping intact.
- Promotional items marked as final sale or clearance may be excluded from general exchanges unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- We inspect every order prior to dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, please contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photographic or video proof.
- We will swiftly assist you in arranging a replacement, store credit, or appropriate resolution at no extra cost.
How to Initiate a Request

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to dispatch your return parcel.
- Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned item, your exchange, store credit, or refund resolution will be processed promptly.
