At Malveris, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products. This Repair Policy outlines the terms under which repair services may be provided.

Eligibility for Repair

Repair services are offered only for products originally purchased from the official Malveris store. Proof of purchase is required for all repair requests.

Warranty-Based Repairs

If a product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Malveris will assess the item and, at its discretion, provide a repair at no cost.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized alterations or third-party repairs

Paid Repairs (Out of Warranty)

Products outside the warranty period may still be eligible for repair. Repair fees will depend on the nature of the damage and required labor or parts.

Customers will be informed of all applicable charges before any repair work begins.

Repair Process

  1. Contact our support team with your order details and clear images of the issue.
  2. Our team will evaluate the request and confirm repair eligibility.
  3. If approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product to us.
  4. Once repaired, the product will be returned to you.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products for repair unless the repair is covered under warranty. Return shipping will be handled as per the repair approval terms.

Non-Repairable Items

In some cases, a product may be deemed non-repairable due to extensive damage or discontinued parts. In such cases, Malveris reserves the right to offer an alternative solution at its discretion.
